SolaTeach is an online education initiative dedicated to empowering Afghan girls and young women. We believe every girl deserves the right to learn, grow, and shape her future—no matter her circumstances. Through our digital platform, we provide accessible, high-quality education and a supportive community that helps students build skills, confidence, and hope for a brighter tomorrow. Our work directly contributes to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), especially SDG 4: Quality Education and SDG 5: Gender Equality.
Our mission is to provide Afghan girls with free, accessible education in English, digital literacy, social awareness, and career development. We aim to create a safe and supportive online learning space where girls gain the confidence and skills to pursue higher education, expand career opportunities, and positively impact their communities—contributing to a stronger and more inclusive future for Afghanistan.
Our vision is simple but powerful: to ensure Afghan girls—wherever they are and whatever challenges they face—have the chance to learn. Through online education, we help them build confidence, gain practical skills, and discover new opportunities in life. We believe every girl deserves the chance to study, grow, and decide her own future.
Our focus is not only on learning, but also on restoring a sense of hope and possibility—because even in silence and restriction, the desire to learn is still alive.

This program is dedicated to empowering Afghan girls who have been denied access to traditional education by creating safe, digital learning spaces where they can continue to learn, grow, and build their futures.
SolaTeach provides opportunities for Afghan girls to access English language training, digital literacy, and professional development skills. Through interactive online classes and mentorship, the project equips students to strengthen their knowledge, build confidence, and connect with higher education and career opportunities.
This project is proudly sponsored by Global Changemakers, whose support through funding, mentorship, and global networking has made SolaTeach possible. Their sponsorship enables us to not only deliver impact but also to amplify the voices of Afghan girls worldwide.

In Afghanistan today, a generation of girls has been pushed out of classrooms—not because of war or poverty, but simply for being girls. Since 2021, when the Taliban took over Afghanistan's leadership, the doors to secondary schools and universities have been shut to them. What once felt like a basic right has now become a distant dream. Many of these young women are sitting at home with potential they cannot use—bright minds, eager to learn, but with nowhere to turn. Without access to education, their futures shrink. Some are forced into early marriages. Others take on low-paid work. What they lose is not just school—it is a sense of purpose and possibility.
SolaTeach was established to create a positive change—quietly, but meaningfully. We connect Afghan girls to online learning opportunities: English, communication, and skills that open doors. With just a smartphone and a bit of courage, many of our students have found new paths—some now study at virtual universities or earn income through online work.
